Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: To book an appointment you must pay a deposit. The deposit is $50 and is non-refundable. A PAID deposit is what confirms your appointment. If your deposit is not paid you DO NOT have an appointment. The deposit also goes towards your desired style. LATE FEES: Late fees are enforced after 10 minutes. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment there will be an additional charge. The fee is $20. To avoid late fees, I advise you to be on time to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment is CANCELLED, and the deposit will NOT be refunded. RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT: All appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order to use your existing deposit. If you chose to reschedule your appointment after the 48 hours, a new deposit will be required for the appointment. KID STYLES: Ages 2-11 are eligible for kid styles. If your child is tender headed I do not recommend service. YOUR CHILD MUST BE ABLE TO SIT TO RECEIVE SERVICE. IF I CANNOT FINISH SERVICING YOUR CHILD FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE. *No exceptions, your hair must be washed and blow-dried before you come.
